We've been made aware that some of you have received E-mails advising you that a "ticket has been created for your recent request to our ticket system". If you have received such an E-mail from us, then don't worry about it, you can discard the E-mail without worry. Sorry to have caused any confusion.

(8th Oct 2007) Shops Back online!!! > Thank-you for your patience. We're pleased to announce that all XXX FM shops are now back online following 48 hour's downtime. The downtime was due to us making preparations for our up and coming prepay account system that will give customers even more options when purchasing from XXX FM. We will make a further announcement when the prepay system is ready to go live.

(17th Aug 2007) Video Previews and Vidcaps in Shops > XXX FM have just completed development of a system that enables shop owners to release short preview videos and vidcap galleries of their products to their customers. Keep an eye out for the controls under product thumbnails in shops, any products the shop owner has enabled for preview will display buttons enabling you to launch the player/gallery.

(9th Jun 2007) Phew!! We're back online > Thank-you for your patience, we're now back online with an improved foundation propping our site up ready for the many future developments we have planned over the coming weeks and months. Our ordering system has been tweaked quite significantly, based on the customer feedback we've received over the past few months, so should anybody run into difficulties using the system, please don't hesitate to contact us via our contact page and our customer support will be right on it for you.

(7th Jun 2007) Scheduled Downtime This Weekend > We will be going down at some point between the 8th and 10th of June to perform upgrades and standard maintenance. We will aim to be back online as quickly as we possibly can and apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

(26th Mar 2007) Graphic ID on Download Orders page made clearer > Some customers have asked us to modify the Graphic ID on the Download Orders page to make it a little easier to understand and retype, hence we've gone and done just that!!! We take all customer feedback about XXX FM into serious consideration and jump at the chance to make our customers' experiences as great as possible. Thanks for your insight!!!

(16th Mar 2007) XXX FM Site Launched > We'd like to extend a huge thank-you and welcome to our early adopter merchants. You've all been invaluable and we hope that in the not too distant future, we can reward you through making XXX FM as large on the internet as we possibly can. We have yet to publicly launch our website to the world, although we have the start of our advertising campaign scheduled for the beginning of this week, from thereafter, traffic inflow to XXX FM and your shops should begin to accelerate steadily.
